“ I am very passionate about what I do. I love sharing experiences and knowledge with others. CrossFit has made a huge impact on my lift for many years now and I owe a huge thanks to it.  Coaching others on the CFG certification is just one awesome way of giving back to this great and ever growing community. No question is too silly or too small. I look forward to meeting you soon in a local box.”  Birdy
