  • Candle Stand to a box jump 18" 3 x 10
  • Jumping Pistols 3 x 8 * each leg
  • False Grip holds on bar 4 x 15's

* Jumping pistol:  Jump for maximum height as you finish each rep, and land on the same leg.

B)

6 x 2

  • Deadlift @ 80%
  • Push Press @80%

C) 3 rounds for time:

  • 15 Burpee pull-ups
  • Run 400M
  • 20 KBS @ 32kg
