A) Ring Strength Training series

 

  • 5 Ring push ups + 5 Ring Flys x 7
  • 3 Jumping muscle-ups with + 3 Slow negative reps x 5
  • 3 Skin the cats x 5

* Jumping Muscle-ups performed by standing underneath the rings, jump straight up to locked out position, then each rep try to take 10-15's to lower back down

 

B) 5 rounds for time

  • 20 Toes to bar ( Straightest legs as possible )
  • 7 Squat Snatch @ 135
  • 10 Burpees box jumps @ 20"
