  • Hang Power Clean @ 80%
  • Front Squat @ 80%

C)

15-10-5

  • Sumo Deadlift @ 265lbs
  • V-snap ( view Movements section)
  • Strict shoulder press @ 115lbs

Here is the picture from the certification! I nothing but amazing things to say about everyone I met there during the weekend. Friendly, amazing energy and positive people. It was truly a treat to coach the cert.

 

 

Special Mention as well to an athlete who has been following the Crossfitgymnastics program for only 2 months! Here is his first attempt at a muscle up, he performed 3 more single strict muscle ups that day!
