  • 8 Strict ring dips + 10 clapping push ups x 4

  • Snatch Balance @ 80% of 1 RM Overhead Squat
  • Snatch Deadlift @ 110%  Of 1RM snatch

C)

5 rounds ( Rest 45's between each round )

  • 10 Box jumps (26")
  • 10 Wall balls @ 9kg
  • 10 Toes to bar
  • 10 Tuck Crunch
