* Jumping pistol:  Jump for maximum height as you finish each rep, and land on the same leg.

  • Deadlift @ 80%
  • Push Press @80%

C)

3 rounds

  • 10 Bar muscle-ups
  • 15 Ring Push ups
  • 20 V-ups
