  • 0:30's Chest facing wall handstand + 0:15's Ring support hold x 5
  • 4 x 5 Bridge rocks ( if you need to scale, place your feet on a 16"-24" Box )

 

B) 4 x 2

  • Squat Snatch @ 85%
  • Back Squat @ 85%
  • Snatch Deadlift @ 110%

C)

4 rounds

  • 10KBS @32kg
  • 8 strict pull-ups
  • 10 Alternating KB clean and jerk @ 32kg
