  • Hang Power Snatch @ 85%
  • Back Squat@ 85%
     

C)

  • 50 double unders
  • 25 Push ups
  • 50 double unders
  • 25 DB snatch ( alternating @ 75lbs)
  • 50 double unders
  • 25 Jump Pull-ups ( have a bar approx 12" above reach, and perform a jump into a pull-up )
  • 50 double unders

Athlete: Kendra Lee Johnson

Kendra placed 5th at Canada East regionals in 2012. Since then I have been working with her and getting her gymnastics even stronger. She has her sights on going to the games next year, keep an eye out for her because she is a force to be reckoned with.
