  • L-sit 0: 20's + 10 Tuck Crunch x 4
  • Handstand hold ( Chest facing wall ) 0:45's + 15 Push ups** x 4

* Set up in a  normal push-up, but turn hands outwards so the thumbs are facing away from outside of the shoulders and fingers are facing towards your feet*

B)

3 x 3 ( Medium to heavy )

Snatch Balance

C)

250M Row Sprints x 8
 (Try to keep pace between 1:45-2:00)
