  • 0:30's False Grip holds on Rings x 5

  • Back Squat @ 80% of 1RM
  • Push Press @ 80% of 1RM

C) * tire shoulde be 300-500lbs

5 rounds

  • 5 Tire flips
  • 16 Hammer chop * Alternating sides( Hit the tire like you are chopping wood )
  • 5 Bench press @ 65% of 1RM
