The skills from gymnastic movement added to your fitness goals or placed within the WOD will certainly have positive effects in your training. In my opinion we don’t need another WOD of the day to choose from or compete with, we appear to have plenty of WOD's out there to look at. I want to deliver to you a thoughtful approach which will allow you reference for movements you may wish to try or learn more about. The skill of the day will be posted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If there is a particular skill you wish to have posted or know more about – please shoot us an email and we will get back to you. The skills page will be loaded with movements for you to try and add to your bucket list.
