My goal is to share this information of body movement and gymnastic skill sets as a way to add too and or augment your training. The CrossFit Gymnastic staff will post a training program 5-6 days a week. Regardless of how you use the skill set information – the bottom line is that this additional reference will allow you the ability to train and grow within your fitness goals. Furthermore, the daily blog posts will be used to share needed articles, personal interest stories, and videos within our CrossFit community.
One word of caution - please do not attempt any movement which you do not have the basic strength or body awareness to preform. Understand there is a wide variety of movements here - and all are welcome to approach them if pre requisite strength is developed, or feel free to ask questions concerning them so we can point you the right direction. The whole point of this web site is to play with such movements once an understanding is had of the requirements and get strong safely. We will all be happy to guide you.
