Gymnasty! Its a burner, can you keep your form together with an elevated heart rate? This is where we typically watch form go right out the window. For whatever reason we all know to not let form breakdown when utilizing a barbell, yet in gymnastics it quickly becomes any means necessary. This is 100% a result of how you train. If you train to achieve while sacrificing form, you will become pretty good at being bad. However spend time developing your virtuosity and you will not only get better at being bad, you will get damn good at being great. Making CrossFit just a bit easier, and making it look easy too. So hit today hard, but don’t lose it half way through. Keep your intensity as high as possible while maintaining form.
