Strength days are the best days. Most fun anyway, all the skill work, none of the pressure. Lots of Isometric stability incorporated into today, rest appropriately, maintain positions. The feedback we have been receiving from all of you loyal followers is tremendous. To see the CrossFit community truly reclaim the strict strength focus is awesome.
