Todays Work is again largely comprised of practice. Its advisable and always recommended that when learning high skill movements or coordination that is best done when fresh, well recovered, and for that matter first. A lot of people tend to add Gymnastics work as cash outs, or at the end of long sessions. There is of course some advantage to that in regards to learning to work under fatigue. However its not optimal in terms of developing motor control, and muscle memory. The goal is always to train perfect to compete with intensity. If you spend most of your skill training in a state of fatigue you just end up with a plethora of reps done under duress and reinforcing less than ideal positions.
