Gymnasty! Yaw, shoot it.. If you've attend the CrossFit Gymnastics Certification, you are more than familiar with this movement. Now you just get 3 minutes of it. For those of you not familiar a Shoot through is constituted with a push up, shoot the hips through, dip, shoot the hips back, thats one rep. Get it!!
