Gymnasty time! Its all the ropes today. Pretty straight forward. Lots of rope climbing. The idea here is to reinforce the value of the legs by diminishing the capacity of the upper body in round 1.

With A continuously running clock:
1 Legless rope Climb the first minute
2 Legless rope climb the second
3 the third till climbs cannot be completed in the minute.
*Rest 5 Mins*
Repeat using Legs
