Gymnasty time! Todays work involves a complex, or routine. I think that one of the greatest testaments to the athleticism of CrossFitters, as that we are no longer just pursuing the Muscle Up, now we are stringing together sequential skills and doing so for form and perfection. The heavy barbell is getting a little outdated!
