Strength Accessory work! Coach Chuck “Biceps” Bennington gives you a demo of todays work. All the lats!! We will be able to land a helicopter back there in no time. Todays work is geared around the articulation of the Scapular system and Lat engagement. In each of the three movements focus on the tracking and contracting the shoulder blades and lats. This is again a super set and the focus should still be on form, despite being simple bodybuilding type movements. Get Swole!
