Volume accumulation! But first, how often do you practice? We write a fairly comprehensive program for your Gymnastic development, but how often do you practice movements outside of whats written? Gymnastics is of the highest neurological development, this means that not only when you practice but the frequency of which you practice is directly relative to a new skill. This does not mean the program is flawed, however spending some extra time warming up with, or practicing a bit each day will be immensely beneficial.
