The focus of today is developing the base of support in a headstand, or more understandably the bottom of your HSPU. Work to develop and maintain a balanced base of support. A proper triangle with weight evenly distributed in each rep. 

1) Headstand Pike Extension: 10x3 *While in a headstand toes on floor with straight legs lift to headstand. Scale to tuck. 

2) Wall Facing HSPU: 10x3
