Skill/Position

1) Handstand Straddle Taps: 5x3 ~In the straddle to HS position work the pull by lifting to a mat or plates, or if not proficient working with control from a plate to floor. 

2) Hand Stand Hold: 5x Max Time 

3) Press to Handstand Negative: 10x1 ~Using a wall lower through a straddle as slowly as possible. If possible remove the wall.
