Much of this week is the beginning of chasing bigger, classical gymnastics skills. Theres a common question that arises in the courses when discussing moments and it pertains to the legality of said movement in CrossFIt. For example the Glide kip is in void of the toes above bar standard allowed in CrossFit competitions. So the consensus seems to be to avoid training it? The answer is simple. Stop training to competitive standards, those change, and change frequently. Train for virtuosity and development. The larger your skill set, the more prepared you will be for the unknown and unknowable.
