Todays Conditioning is the strictness. The competitive community as a whole is moving intently away from the wall. The question is does your training reflect that initiative. The goal of the CFG course has long been to one day progress the CrossFit community to the wall hspu being a "scale" and the widely recognized rx being freestanding. Once seemed lofty, however it doesn't seem so far off these days.
