Gymnastics is not just about the overwhelming physical pursuit of an identifiable skill. Gymnastics is about breaking a skill down into basic human movement patterns. Its the application of that movement into the skills we have come to recognize and pursue that is respected as Gymnastics. However Gymnastics is much more elemental than that. 

1) 10x5 Chest to Bar Pull Up ~ Focus on each set for perfection and speed. Keep movement small and deliberate. Aim to maintain pace for all 10 rounds 

2) 7x3 Swing to Ring Row *High Rings
