Theres little to score here, but a lot to work on. The sets are small, but overall volume is pretty high. Especially when focusing on form. If you feel your form begin to breakdown, rest longer between sets to support better movement. Reps for the sake of reps, only help to add the the bank account of bad habits. Use these workouts to start making some debits from your slop account and deposits into your virtuosity savings.
