A: 10x2 Press To Handstand *Scale accordingly by using a wall, or any apparatus that can elevate the feet as needed to achieve the press. 

B: 10x2 Iron Cross Descent *Work as controlled a negative as possible. Scale as needed to achieve min :05 Descent
