Gymnasty® time! Its a pretty straight forward assignment for today. Kick up and walk 200’. For an advanced athlete this should be unbroken, but for the rest of us, its all about the pull ups. However before you approach this 200’ by any means necessary, lets throw a catch in there. For any time you break form, aside from a balance check, you must come down, and subsequently do your pull ups. We want 200’ of awesome, not just 200’ of wandering aimlessly on your hands.
