The Open has begun!! This is one instance where we would advise to do your work after your conditioning, or if you can put a few hours between. Open 15.1 starts off with a gymnastics foundation, and if you haven't figured it out, its the deal breaker in this wod. The light barbell is just enough to aggravate your grip and lats for the t2b, hopefully you have employed the program and your cycle rate should great. Our recommendation is to keep sets small, to keep form, and efficiency high. Warm up your t2b target drills to dial in your kip and swing. Breath and get through the barbell, and chip away at the t2b. Good Luck!
